A Cousin From Washington

Don't get too excited about this...I have a cousin in Washington State. I have never met this Ginger girl but I hear tell she is quite pampered! She is what I would call a redhead and I hear they can be quite temperamental. Tell me what YOU think! I suppose she is Irish?
